I'm sure you've heard this statement countless times BUT have you really paid close attention to what it means?
Flow is a state of mind. Flow brings peace. Flow brings calm.
When you're in flow, you pay no attention to distractions and time passes by without notice.
What a feeling !
So, how might you flow today? How might you experience your life today? How might you participate in your life today and be so absorbed and engaged that it holds your attention.
I use the word "might" because to go with the flow is a choice. Just like everything else.
