Are you fixed? What I mean is - do you have a Fixed Mindset or a Growth Mindset?
Carol Dweck breaks it down in her book " Mindset", giving all kinds of examples of how we display our ways of being "fixed" (stuck in old ways of thinking) or the times when we are functioning from a "Growth mindset" (new ways of thinking, seeing the bigger picture, doing what's uncomfortable, giving it a try).
A better example of fixed is " We have always done it this way". Oh wow!
Or have you heard someone say: "Tell me more". Now that's Growth! Which are you? Be honest, it's ok !
