If you break your neck, that's a problem.....

Hey ya'll,

I thought about a few people in my life that are hard for me to be with and these people are complainers, negative energy speakers and thinkers and people who sabotage themselves and possibility for others.

I often say, can you see light in anything ?

Because I live from the place of possibility, always have, folks see this as being naive. Yes, tough things happen to me too, but I don't fester in it. I take it on, notice, be with and choose and helping others do the same.

Author Robert Fulghum said: If you break your neck, if you have nothing to eat, if your house is on fire, then you got a problem. Everything else is an inconvenience.

In myself, I can't tolerate negative thinking. When I start to drift, I notice, become curious (be with) and start scrambling for something to listen to or read to get myself back on track. Negative thinking depresses me, and I have ways to manage it now.

So thankful for gospel music, weekly therapy, hot bath water and scented candles 😊

How about you?

Toodles,

Sherri
